1. Mix first 8 ingredients in large bowl. 2. Dice and grill peppers and onions. 3. Add peppers and onions to Salmon mix. 4. Mix and coat patties with breadcrumbs. 2. Fry the patties in butter & Oil until brown and crisp. 3. Serve with fresh parsley sprigs and dressings. Note: For 1 person, don't bread all the patties until ready to cook. Just keep the salmon mix in the fridge until ready for next meal. Otherwise breadcrumbs will be a soggy mess. |

Marinate in pickle juice. Cook Bacon (keep grease) Mix Egg and Buttermilk in bowl. Mix flour, cornstarch, sugar and spices in separate bowl. Soak patties in egg, milk, hot sauce mixture. Coat patties with flour and cornmeal mix. Grill patties in the bacon grease. Melt cheese on top and add hot bacon. Spread mayo and dijon on buns. Top with lettuce, tomato, pickles. |
